ABOUT US

Casa de Campo was originally set up by Martyn Swan who, in 2003 set up the first British estate agency with offices on the Costa de la Luz. Martyn now runs our sister company ExtremaCasa providing properties for sale in Extremadura.

Casa de Campo is now run by Martyn's partner Michele Morrod. Initially trained as a graphic designer, and having worked as a designer and college lecturer, Michele then gained an MA in Design and Illustration. She took the opportunity to move to Spain in January 2003, and since then has been involved in helping other people to find homes here. Having renovated her own country property she now has a wealth of contacts in the area.

As well as running Casa de Campo she also helps clients with their own renovation projects, which they find particularly useful if they cannot be here full time.
