This spacious and newly renovated one bedroom apartment is located in the Casco Antiguo of the historic town of Arcos de la Frontera, inland from the Costa de la Luz and its fabulous beaches. The sherry town of Jerez is nearby, Seville is just over an hour, and there are many lovely places of interest to visit. It''s only a 20 minute drive to Jerez airport.

The interior has retained the original charm of this old 'casa de vecinos' or neighbour's house, but has modern comforts. The private roof terrace has lovely views of the lake and the old town. There are two further patios, one with great sunset views, accessed through an ancient cave in the rock.

The apartment has a spacious open-plan living/dining room. There is a single sofa bed for an extra guest. The kitchen area is equipped with an oven, ceramic hob and extractor, and a washing machine and fridge freezer. The bedroom has a new 160x200cm bed with all bedding and towels supplied. The bathroom is fully tiled with a large shower, washbasin and toilet. The roof terrace has a table and chairs for outdoor dining.
